As you'll hear in our conversation, Eddie Turner is an incredibly dynamic and charismatic human being who spends a lot of time and energy working with the question of how leaders lead. He's the author of 140 Simple Messages to Guide Emerging Leaders. He is the founder of the Leadership Excelerator. And he’s the host of the award-winning Keep Leading podcast.
During his journey helping leaders navigate these times of uncertainty, he's emerged with wonderful clarity around the kinds of leadership and organizations that help people from all walks of life thrive. He also speaks beautifully to his own experience as a Black man in America, waking up to and owning his power and unique capacities to serve, and also the ways in which society has inadvertently, or in many cases, intentionally tried to keep him from that power.
As Eddie says, Leadership at its best is inviting everyone to the table who needs to be at the table. This is such a meaningful and illuminating conversation, and I can’t wait for you to hear it.
