Today I have the pleasure of interviewing the power duo of Shannon Lucas and Tracey Lovejoy, co-founders of Catalyst Constellations. These two are true forces of nature.
Catalysts are the kind of people who have a vision and also have the energy, skill, and persistence to bring that vision to life - often at a pace that can leave other people spinning if they’re not careful. Catalyst Constellations is about helping people like this. People who identify as change-makers and activators. People who are committed to making a massive difference in the wicked civilizational, social, global problems we're facing.
Because if you’re a catalyst and you're not careful, you can easily burn out. In their book, Move Fast. Break Shit. Burn Out, they remind us that staying connected to the things that anchor you and drive you are critical both to your livelihood and to whatever mission you're taking a stand for. And they envision a world where a web of catalytic change-makers stretches out across the globe, supporting, nourishing, and championing each other as they work to imagine and create a more beautiful world.
